วัสดุ : ผ้าใบคูนิล่อน เป็นวัสดุที่นิยมใช้ทำกันสาดมากที่สุด ในต่างประเทศมักเรียกว่า ผ้าใบทาร์พัวลิน เป็นผ้าใบเคลือบพีวีซีด้านในเสริมด้วยเส้นใยโพลีเอสเตอร์เหตุผลที่นิยมใช้วัสดุนี้ เพราะ

• แสงลอดผ่านได้เพียงแค่ไม่ถึง 10%
• ช่วยป้องกันรังสียูวีได้ดีมาก
• ใช้งานได้ 5-7 ปี
• ผลิตจากเส้นใยโพลีเอสเตอร์ มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง ทนทาน ไม่ขาด
• ทนต่อแรงเหวี่ยง แรงดึง หรือลมแรงๆได้ค่ะ
• ส่วนเนื้อผ้าจะเรียบเนียนและค่อนข้างนิ่ม ไม่กระด้าง
• สามารถกันน้ำซึมเข้าได้ 100% จึงเป็นที่นิยมนั่นเองค่ะ
• ความหนา : 0.45 – 0.50 mm. คือความหนาของคูนิลอนสำหรับใช้พิมพ์ผ้าใบกันสาดนะคะ

รูปแบบของผ้าใบกันสาดที่นิยมสั่งพิมพ์ มี 2 แบบ

1. กันสาดแบบชักรอกและม้วนเก็บได้

แบบนี้จะมีชุดเหล้กค้ำ สามารถกางเอียงกันแดด 45 องศาได้ดีค่ะ
มีระบบชักรอก ระบบมือหมุน ระบบแขนพับ
โครงสร้างหลักที่ใช้ยึดผ้าใบกันสาดให้ตึง คือเหล็ก

• คานด้านบนเป็นจุดยึดกับจุดติดตั้งหน้างาน
• คานเล็กด้านล่างทำหน้าที่เป็นแกนหลักใน
• การม้วนเก็บผืนผ้าใบ
• ชายระบายเป็นจุดถ่วงน้ำหนักลดการสะบัดของแผ่นผ้าใบค่ะ

ปล. ชายระบายผ้าใบกันสาดเป็นส่วนที่มีหรือไม่มีก็ได้ ทำหน้าที่ป้องเป็นแผ่นผ้าใบกันน้ำสาดเข้ามาระหว่างช่องว่าง ของกันสาดผ้าใบกับพื้นในช่วงที่กางกันสาดผ้าใบออก

2. กันสาดแบบมือหมุนแนวดิ่ง

แบบนี้ชุดเหล็กจะน้อยกว่าข้อ 1 มีแค่เหล็กคานด้านบน + เหล็กด้านล่างไว้ถ่วงน้ำหนักนะคะ ไม่สามารถกางให้เอียง 45 องศาได้ เพราะไม่มีเหล็กขาค้ำค่ะ

การพิมพ์งานบนผ้าใบกันสาด

1. พิมพ์ระบบ Silk Screen

ในกรณีที่ต้องการสั่งงานกันสาดจำนวนตั้งแต่ 100-500 ชิ้น แนะนำให้ขอราคาเป็นระบบ Silk Screen นะคะ เพราะราคาจะถูกกว่า แต่งานพิมพ์จะต้องเป็นแบบเดียวกันทั้งหมด (พิมพ์หลายๆแบบไม่ได้ค่ะ เพราะต้องทำ Block )

2. พิมพ์ระบบ Inkjet Outdoor

หากอยากพิมพ์งานจำนวนน้อยกว่า 100 ชิ้น หรือพิมพ์งานหลาย ๆ แบบ เช่น 300 ชิ้น พิมพ์แบบละ 100 ชิ้น (งานมี 3 แบบ) งานพิมพ์ทั้ง 2 แบบนี้สามารถใช้งาน Outdoor ได้เหมือนกันค่ะ ทนแดด ทนฝน สีไม่ซีดเหมือนกัน

• ขนาด 1.80*3.80 เมตร (ขนาดรวมชายระบาย)

Material:

Cunilon canvas, is the most popular material used to make awnings. In foreign countries, it is often called Tarpoulin canvas. It is a PVC-coated canvas on the inside reinforced with polyester fibers.
The reason why this material is popular is:
• Only less than 10% of light passes through.
• Helps protect against UV rays very well.
• Can be used for 5-7 years.
• Made from polyester fibers. Highly flexible, durable, won’t tear.
• Can withstand centrifugal force, pulling force or strong wind.
• The fabric is smooth and quite soft, not harsh.
• Can be 100% waterproof, which is why it is popular.
Thickness: 0.45 – 0.50 mm. is the thickness of Cunilon for use in printing canvas awnings.
There are 2 popular styles of printed canvas awnings.
1. Hoisting and rolling type: This type has a steel support set.
Can be tilted to block the sun at 45 degrees.
There is a hoisting system, hand crank system, and folding arm system.
The main structure used to hold the awning taut is steel.
– The upper beam is an attachment point to the installation point at the work site.
– The small beam at the bottom serves as the main axis.
P.S. The awning canopy is a part that you can have or not have.
Serves as a protective canvas sheet to prevent water from splashing in between the gaps.
* We can print the logo or text at canopy.
2. Vertical hand-crank awning:
– There is only a steel beam above + steel below to weigh down.
– Unable to unfold at a 45 degree angle because there is no steel support leg.
Printing work on awning canvas
1. Silk Screen Printing System:
In the event that you want to order an awning from 100-500 pieces, it is recommended to ask for the price of the Silk Screen system because the price will be cheaper.
2. Inkjet Outdoor printing system:
If you want to print fewer than 100 pieces or print multiple designs, such as 300 pieces, print 100 pieces per design. Use this Inkjet printing instead.
Both of these prints can be used outdoors as well. They are resistant to sunlight and rain. The colors do not fade as well.
