– Hanging Calendar: ปฏิทินแบบแขวน มีทั้งแบบไทย และจีน

ฤดูกาลของการสั่งพิมพ์งานปฏิทิน ก็จะเริ่มตั้งแต่เดือน สิงหาคม – ธันวาคมเลยค่ะ ใครที่เคยคิดว่างานพิมพ์สั่งแป้บเดียวก็ได้แล้วนั้น….ก็จริงค่ะ แต่ในฤดูกาลที่คนจำนวนมากๆสั่งพิมพ์ปฏิทินพร้อมๆกัน ในช่วง Q3-Q4 ของทุกปี บางทีโรงพิมพ์เองก็จัดคิวพิมพ์งานให้ไม่ทันนะคะ ใครสั่งก่อนได้งานไปส่งรอแจกได้ก่อนก็ปลอดภัย ใครสั่งหลัง เช่น กว่าแบบจะเสร็จก็ปลายเดือนพฤศจิกายนแล้ว ค่อยมาขอใบเสนอราคาต้นเดือนธันวาคมนั้น ตอนนี้เป็นพีคพีเรียดของโรงพิมพ์แล้วค่ะ คิวงานของคุณอาจจะเลทกว่าวันส่งงานที่ต้องการนะคะ ดังนั้นเผื่อเวลาทำแบบ – ขอราคา – เทียบราคา – สั่งพิมพ์เผื่อกันไว้นิดนะคะ

ทีนี้พอแบบเสร็จ เราก็จะมาเลือกประเภทกระดาษสำหรับงานพิมพ์ “ปฏิทินตั้งโต๊ะ” ยอดฮิตกันหน่อยค่ะ เป็นไอเดียไว้เผื่อว่าใครที่เบื่องานเดิมๆซ้ำซาก แจกทุกปีก็เหมือนเดิม วันนี้เรามีไอเดียใหม่ๆมาให้เลือกประเภทกระดาษกันค่ะ

1. กระดาษ Art Card

Art Card คือกระดาษที่มีความหนาตั้งแต่ 190-450 แกรมนะคะ ผิวสัมผัสจะเนียนละเอียด มีสีขาว พิมพ์งานออกมาสีจะไม่เพี้ยนและสวยสดใส เขียนด้วยดินสอ และปากกาได้หมดค่ะ กระดาษ Art Card จึงเหมาะกับปฏิทินตั้งโต๊ะที่ลูกค้าต้องการเว้นที่ไว้เขียน หรือจดโน้ตวันประชุม วันเกิดนาย ต่าง ๆ นาน ๆ ไงคะ โดยส่วนใหญ่ เราจะพิมพ์รูป 1 ด้าน และเป็นปฏิทินอีก 1 ด้านเพื่อนะคะ เลือกเคลือบเงา หรือด้านเฉพาะด้านรูปภาพ หรือจะไม่เคลือบเลยก็ได้ค่ะ เพื่อประหยัด Budget ความหนากระดาษ Art Card ที่แนะนำ ดังนี้ค่ะ

• กรณีอยากทำแจกมากๆ แบบแจกหว่านไปทั่วประเทศเลยโดยที่มี Budget จำกัด เลือกความหนาที่ 190-210 แกรมนะคะ
• หากต้องการแจกลูกค้า หรือพนักงานและผู้บริหาร ให้นำไปใช้ได้นาน ๆ เลือหนานิดนึงค่ะ 260-350 แกรมกำลังสวย

TIPS: กระดาษยิ่งหนาราคาก็จะสูงขึ้นไปด้วย ทั้งนี้ให้เลือกจาก Budget ที่เรามีนะคะ

2. กระดาษคราฟท์ (CRAFT Paper)

กระดาษคราฟท์ ก็เป็นอีกตัวเลือกหนึ่งที่เราอยากแนะนำให้ใช้ค่ะ เพราะเป็นกระดาษ Recycle เมื่อจบปีเราตัดส่วนห่วงพลาสติกออก แยกกระดาษที่สามารถนำมาทิ้งเป็นกระดาษรีไซเคิลได้ ไม่กลายเป็นขยะพิษนะคะ ผิวสัมผัสจะไม่เนียนเหมือน Art Card นะคะ เนื้อสากมือนึดนึง มีสีน้ำตาลตั้งแต่อ่อนไปถึง น้ำตาลเข้ม พิมพ์งานออกมาสีจะเพี้ยนหน่อยค่ะ แต่เรารองขาวก่อนเพื่อกันสีเพี้ยนได้เช่นกัน คราฟท์สีขาวก็มีนะคะหากต้องการใช้ก็สามารถแจ้งทีมขายของเราได้ค่ะ เขียนด้วยดินสอ และปากกาได้หมดค่ะ

• ความหนากระดาษคราฟท์ที่แนะนำ ความหนาที่เหมาะสม ควรเริ่มตั้งแต่ 125/150/175/185/230/300/310/380 แกรมค่ะ
• ฐานก็สามารถใช้กระดาษจั๋วปัง (เป็นกระดาษ Recycle) มาใช้ได้เช่นกันนะคะ
• หากต้องการลดโลกร้อนแบบ 100% เลย แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนจากการเข้าห่วง เป็นการร้อยด้วยเชือกป่านแทนค่ะ แบบนี้ทิ้งได้ทั้งอันเลย เพราะมันย่อยสลายได้ในธรรมชาติค่ะ ^^

3. กระดาษการ์ดขาว (White card paper)

กระดาษการ์ดขาว ลักษณะคล้ายกระดาษปอนด์ แต่มีความหนา และความแกร่งมากกว่า

• มีความหนา ตั้งแต่ 150, 180, 200, 250, 300 แกรมเลยค่ะ

กระดาษจะมีสีขาวเหมือน Art Card เนื้อสัมผัสจะไม่เนียนเท่าไหร่ ให้นึกถึงกระดาษของสมุดระบายสีนะคะ แบบนั้นเลย เวลาพิมพ์สีลงไป กระดาษนี้จะซับหมึก สีจะดรอปลง 5-10% นะคะได้ Image ของงานที่สวยไปอีกแบบ ออกแนววินเทจค่ะ ปฏิทินแบบนี้จึงน่าจ้ะเหมาะกับงาน Design สำหรับคนที่เบื่อความจำเจของปฏิทินแบบเดิม ๆ นั่นเองค่ะ

– Desk Calendar

Calendar printing Season will start in August or December. Anyone who has ever thought that a printing job is take not much time!….that’s true.
But in the calendar printing season, many people will order calendar printing at the same time during Q3-Q4 every year. Sometimes the printing house itself cannot arrange the printing queue in time.
Whoever orders first gets the work delivered and can wait to distribute it first, it’s safe.
Whoever orders later, for example, by the time the design is finished it’s already the end of November. That is very late for calendar ordering!! You may get it done almost to New year or may be January.

So, for safety reasons of distribution, please be concerned about the production first.
How to choose the type of paper for printing. “Desk calendars”
This is an idea for anyone who is bored with the same old work. Today we have new ideas for choosing paper types as follows:
1. Art Card paper
– Art Card is a white paper with a thickness ranging from 190-450 grams.
– The surface will be smooth when touched.
– The printed color will not be distorted, beautiful, and bright.
– Can write with a pencil and all the pens.
Art Card paper is therefore suitable for desktop calendars where customers want to leave space for writing, taking notes on meeting dates, writing down your boss’s birthday, etc.
Normally, we will print a picture on one side and a calendar on the other side. If you need it more outstanding, matt or glossy coated is your option.
Recommended Art Card paper thickness is as follows.
• In the case of large distribute to all over the country with a limited budget.
Choose a thickness of 190-210 gsm.
• If you want to distribute to customers or employees and executives.
Choose a little thick, 260-350 grams.
TIPS: The thicker the paper, the higher the price. Please choose from the budget you have.
2. Craft Paper
– Kraft paper is another option that we would like to recommend. Because it is recycled paper, at the end of the year we cut off the plastic loop and separate paper that can be thrown away into recycled trash. It won’t become toxic waste.
– The surface will not be as smooth as the Art Card. The texture is a bit rough with your hands.
– There are brown colors from light to dark brown. When printing, the colors will be a little distorted. But we can print the white color to be the base first to prevent discoloration as well.
– White craft is also available. If you want to use it, you can notify our sales team.
– Can write with a pencil and all the pens.
Recommended thickness of kraft paper
• Suitable thickness should start from 125/150/175/185/230/300/310/380 grams.
• The base can be used with hardboard paper ( 1 option of recycled paper) as well.
• If you want to reduce global warming by 100% at all, It is strung with hemp rope instead of plastic wire.

3. White card paper
– It looks similar to bond paper but is thicker and stronger.
– Available in thicknesses from 150, 180, 200, 250, and 300 grams.
– The paper will be white like Art Card.
– The texture will not be as smooth. It like the paper of a coloring book.
