กระดาษพิเศษคืออะไร มีแบบไหนให้เลือกบ้าง?

เคยได้ยินมั้ยคะ? หากเคยได้ยินมาบ้างคงสงสัยแหละว่า มันต่างจากกระดาษธรรมดายังไง? และมีแบบไหนให้เราเลือกบ้าง? เพื่อให้เห็นภาพก่อน ตัวอย่างของกระดาษพิเศษแบบนี้ส่วนใหญ่นิยมนำมาพิมพ์
Invitation Card, Wedding Card หรืองาน Premium Box หรูหราๆไงคะ รูปแบบของกระดาษคือเนื้อสัมผัสจะมี Texture และมีหลายสีให้เลือก มีหลายลายด้วยค่ะ

ความแตกต่างระหว่าง “กระดาษพิเศษ VS กระดาษธรรมดา”

1. เยื่อกระดาษ + ผิวสัมผัสต่างกันตรงที่มี Texture ไม่ใช่เรียบกริ้บ ผิวสัมผัสพิเศษนี้เองที่นิยมนำมาทำกันปลอมได้ เช่น โฉนดที่ดิน ธนบัตรหรือ เช็คค่ะ

2. มีสีสันให้เลือกมากมาย ทั้งสีทั่วๆไปและสีพิเศษสีเงิน ทองวาวๆที่เป็นสีในเนื้อกระดาษ คือผลิตกระดาษออกมาเป็นสีนี้เลย ไม่เหมือนกระดาษธรรมดาที่จะเป็นสีขาวค่ะ

3. ราคากระดาษพิเศษ จะแพงกว่ากระดาษธรรมดาพวกกระดาษ Art, กระดาษปอนด์, กระดาษการ์ดขาวนะคะ

เพราะเป็นกระดาษที่ผลิตในต่างประเทศ บริษัทที่นำเข้ามาจะเป็น Dealer นำเข้ามาจำหน่าย ราคาจึงสูงกว่าพอควร และที่สำคัญคือเวลาที่เค้านำเข้ามา 1 Lot พอของหมด กระดาก็หมดต้องรอสั่งรอบใหม่ซึ่งมาทางเรือจะใช้เวลา 2-5 เดือนเลยค่ะ

Remark : ข้อควรคำนึงในการใช้กระดาษพิเศษพวกนี้คือ

• เวลาเลือกกระดาษให้เลือก Piority 1,2,3 เลยค่ะ หากวว่า Option 1 กระดาษหมด ของไม่มีเราจะได้ไปที่ Option 2 และ 3 ได้เลยไม่ต้องมาเลือกกันใหม่
• เนื่องด้วยกระดาษมีราคาสูง การออกแบบให้พอดีกับขนาดกระดาษจึงสำคัญมาก ในกรณีที่ทำแบบแล้ว
• แนะนำให้ส่งไฟลงานมาให้โรงพิมพ์ลองวางงานในกระดาษดูก่อนค่ะ ว่าขนาดพอดีกับกระดาษพิเศษนี้มั้ย
• หากเสียเศษ เช่น กล่อง 1 ใบต้องใช้กระดาษถึง 2 แผ่น แบบนี้ต้นทุนกล่องใบนี้จะสูงทันที เราอาจจะต้องลดขนาดกล่องลงค่ะ

กรณีเลือกกระดาษที่มีสีในตัว เผื่อใจไว้ 5-10% เลยนะคะ ว่าสีที่พิมพ์ลงไปบนกระดาษพื้นสีน้ำเงินอาจจะเพี้ยน เช่นเราสั่งถุงกระดาษพิมพ์สีแดงบนกระดาษพิเศษสีน้ำเงิน สีน้ำเงินที่พิมพืลงไปจะเข้มขึ้นจากสีพื้นผิว กลายเป็นสีแดงเลือดหมูแทนนะคะ หากไม่ต้องการให้เพี้ยน โรงพิมพ์จะพิมพ์รองขาวให้ก่อนที่จะพิมพ์สีแดงทับ ซึ่งนั่นก็เพิ่มค่าพิมพ์ด้วยค่ะ

ประเภทของกระดาษพิเศษ

– กระดาษที่มี Texture ผิวสัมผัส มีหลายรูปแบบสามารถขอ Catalog จากโรงพิมพ์ได้
– กระดาษที่มีสีจากการผลิตกระดาษออกมาเลย เวลาพิมพ์ต้องเผื่อสีเพี้ยนด้วยค่ะ
– กระดาษที่เคลือบผิวพิเศษ เช่น กระดาษ Food Grade, กระดาษรองอาหาร ไม่มีสารเรืองแสง สัมผัสอาหารโดยตรง

สำหรับลูกค้าทั่วไป ที่ต้องการใช้กระดาษพิเศษนำมาพิมพ์งานที่ใช้ปกติ ได้แก่ Brochure, Premium Box, หรือ นามบัตรและการ์ดต่างๆ เวลาที่สั่งงานหากมี Catalog กระดาษในมือให้แจ้งชื่อกระดาษให้โรงพิมพ์ทราบ พร้อมแจ้งความหนา

Have you ever heard it? If you’ve heard it before, you probably wondered. 

• How is it different from normal paper? 
• How many types of it?

Special paper is most commonly used for printing such as:

• Invitation Card
• Wedding Card 
• Luxurious Premium Box 

The style of the paper is textured and there are many colors. There are many patterns as well.

The difference between “special paper VS normal paper”

1. The pulp + surface is different in that the texture is not perfectly smooth. This special surface is commonly used to prevent counterfeiting such as land titles, banknotes, or Check paper.
2. There are many colors to choose from. Both general colors and special silver colors Shiny gold is the color in the paper. That is, paper is produced in this color. It’s not like normal white paper.
3. Price of special paper will be more expensive than normal paper such as art paper, bond paper, and white card paper.

Because it is paper produced abroad. The importing company will be a Dealer, importing and selling. The price is therefore quite high. The important thing is that when they import 1 lot, once the product runs out, the paper is gone and you have to wait to order a new batch, which comes by boat, which takes 2-5 months. 

Remark: Things to consider when using these special papers are:

              – When choosing paper, select Priority 1,2,3 If Option 1 is out of paper, we can go to options 2 and 3 are available, no need to choose again.

              – Due to the high price of paper, 1 important thing is to design to fit the paper size. It is recommended to send the work file to the printer to try placing the work on paper size first. To check that the size suitable for this special paper?

For example, 1 premium is a big one, it may require 2 sheets of paper. In this way, the cost of this box will immediately be high. We may have to reduce the size of the box to save the cost.

               – In the case of choosing paper that has color in it, be aware about 5-10% that the colors printed on the background paper may be distorted. For example, we ordered a red color printed paper bag on special blue paper. The red color will be darker than you think. It turned into a crimson-red color instead. If you don’t want it to be distorted, the printer will print a white color first before printing red over it, which also increases printing costs.

Types of special paper

• Paper with texture comes in many formats. You can request a catalog from the printer.
• Paper that has colors straight from paper production. When printing, you must allow for color distortion as well.
• Paper with a special coating such as food-grade paper, or food wrapping paper. No fluorescent substance can put the food directly on it.

For general customers who want to use special paper to print normally used work such as Brochures, Premium Box, or Business cards and various cards. When ordering work, if you have a paper catalog on hand, inform that:

1. The name of the paper. 
2. The thickness that you choose.
3. The name of the import company.

Importantly, each company that imports this special paper uses a different company name. The customer should inform the printing house of the name of the importer as well. In the case where only the name of the paper is specified, it may cause the printer to order the wrong paper for printing.
