สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ Outdoor ที่ทนแดด ทนฝน มีอะไรบ้าง ?

สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ที่ติดตั้งอยู่นอกอาคารเรียกว่างานพิมพ์ Outdoor ค่ะ บางทีเวลาที่เราไปสั่งงานกับโรงพิมพ์แล้วเค้าจะถามเราว่าเป็นงาน Indoor หรือ Outdoor? แบบนี้เราต้องดูว่าบริเวณที่ติดงานพิมพ์เป็นอย่างไรค่ะ

ทั้ง 4 ข้อนี้คือสิ่งที่เราต้องถามตัวเองก่อนค่ะ ว่างานเราติดตรงไหน โดนแดดเลียถึงก็ต้องสั่งงาน Outdoor นะคะ เพราะรังสี UV จากแสงแดดมีผลทำให้งานพิมพ์สีซีดลงเรื่อยๆ เลือนรางจนอ่านข้อความไม่ได้เลยก็มีค่ะ เหตุที่หมึก Outdoor ราคาสูงกว่าก็เพราะมันสามารถทนความร้อนของแสง UV ได้นั่นเองค่ะ

เวลาที่สั่งงานพิมพ์ Outdoor แจ้งโรงพิมพ์ด้วยนะคะว่าติดงานนี้กี่เดือน กี่ปี เพราะเกรดของหมึกมีตั้งแต่ 1-3 ปี และ 3-5 ปี ราคาต่างกันตามการใช้งานได้นานค่ะ

3. สีแห้งไว ให้ภาพที่คมชัด ติดวัสดุได้อย่างดี ไม่ลอกร่อน
4. Eco solvent มีความละเอียดของเม็ดสีระดับนาโน ไม่ทำให้หัวพิมพ์ตัน จึงพิมพ์ได้ไวค่ะ
5. น้ำหมึกไหลลื่น รองรับเครื่องพิมพ์ความเร็วสูงที่มีอัตราการไหลของหมึกมาก ๆ ได้

1. Banner

แบนเนอร์ คือสื่อโฆษณาที่เราเห็นบ่อย ๆ ตามหน้าร้าน วัสดุที่ใช้นำมาพิมพ์คือ ไวนิลทึบแสง มีความหนาตั้งแต่ 0.35 mm, 0.40 mm ค่ะ ขนาดที่นิยมคือ 1*3 เมตรนะคะ ปล่อยชายเชือกข้างละ 1 เมตรเพื่อเอาไว้แขวน งานพิมพ์แบนเนอร์ต้องใช้หมึก Outdoor เพราะต้องตากแดด ตากลม และโดนฝนทั้งวันได้ค่ะ หากต้องการติดนานๆเกิน 3 ปีขึ้นไป หรือในบริเวณที่ลมแรงมากๆ แนะนำความหนาที่ 0.40 mm นะคะ

2. Sticker Car Wrap

งานพิมพ์บน Sticker ที่ติดเป็นสื่อโฆษณาบนรถ เช่น Food Truck, รถขนส่งสินค้า, รถเมล์ หรือแม้แต่ BTS ที่เราเห็นภายนอกตัวรถ เป็นงาน Inkjet Outdoor ค่ะ ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกเกรด Sticker ได้จากตารางนี้นะคะ

 

3. PP, PVC sticker

งานพิมพ์พวกนี้คือ Poster หรือ Sticker ที่ติดบนกำแพง ติดด้านนอกโรงงาน ติดกระจกรถ หรือ ใช้งานกรณ๊ที่ต้องโดนน้ำ เหล่านี้สามารถใช้หมึก Outdoor พิมพ์ได้ค่ะ แต่งานขนาดเล็ก จำนวนตั้งแต่ 300 ชิ้นขึ้นไปเราจะไม่พิมพ์ระบบ Inkjet Outdoor นะคะ เราจะพิมพ์ด้วยเครื่อง LED UV Offset Printing Machine แทนค่ะ

แต่ไม่ใช่ว่าจะมีกันทุกโรงพิมพ์นะคะ อันนี้ต้องสอบถามให้ดีก่อน เพราะทั้งระบบการพิมพ์และหมึกที่ใช้ก็เป็นคนละแบบกับงานพิมพ์ออฟเซทธรรมดา หากลูกค้าสั่งไปว่าใช้งาน Outdoor แล้ว พอใช้ไปซักพักสีซีด แสดงว่า เค้าไม่ได้ใช้เครื่องพิพม์และหมึก Outdoor แน่นอนค่ะ ลูกค้าสามารถโทรมาสอบถามกับทีมขายเราก่อนได้นะคะ ว่างานแบบไหนควรเลือกใช้หมึกแบบไหน เรายินดีให้คำแนะนำค่ะ

 What outdoor print media are sun and rain resistant?

Print media that is installed outside the building is called outdoor printing. Sometimes when we order work from the printing house, they will ask us if it is indoor or outdoor printing?
We have to look at the area where the print is attached and tell them that Indoor or Outdoor.

1. Install printing work inside the building.                         1. Installed outside the building, outdoors.
2. Not exposed to the sun, not exposed to water.               2. Exposed to the sun and rain.
3. Use indoor ink, at a cheaper price.                                    3. Outdoor ink, resistant to sunlight and waterproof, higher price.

These 3 things are things we have to ask ourselves first.

Where is our work stuck ?

Even though it gets licked by the sun, it must be ordered to work outdoors.
Because the UV rays from sunlight have the effect of causing the printed color to gradually fade.
It’s so blurry that the message can’t be read at all.

Our printing house uses CMYK Eco-solvent printing ink.

Because it is good quality ink.  The printed colors are durable and bright. Using quality Eco solvent ink can make a difference in product quality, production speed, and prevention of damage to machines. Especially the print head system of inkjet printers.
Features of Eco solvent ink
1. No smell, no substances that are toxic to the user. * No need to inhale toxins into the lungs every day, very dangerous.
2. Bright colors, not faded, making our work look beautiful even after a long time.
3. The paint dries quickly and gives a clear picture. Sticks to the material well and does not peel off.
4. Eco solvent has nano-level pigment resolution. Doesn’t cause the print head to become clogged.
So I can type quickly.
5. Smooth-flowing ink supports high-speed printers with large ink flow rates.
The sample of outdoor printing works:
1. Banner
Banners are advertising media that we often see in storefronts.
• The material used for printing is opaque vinyl with thicknesses ranging from
0.35 mm, 0.40 mm.
The most popular size is 1*3 meters. Leave 1 meter on each side of the rope for hanging.
Banner printing must use outdoor ink because it must be exposed to the sun, wind, and rain all day. If you want to stick it on for longer than 3 years or in areas with very strong winds. The recommended thickness is 0.40 mm.
2. Sticker Car Wrap
Printing work on stickers that are placed as advertising media on vehicles such as food trucks, freight vehicles, buses, or even BTS that we see outside the vehicle is Inkjet Outdoor work.
3. PP, PVC sticker
These prints are posters or stickers that are stuck on the wall. Attach it outside the factory, onto a car window, or use it in situations where it must be exposed to water. These can be printed with Outdoor ink, but for the printing jobs of 300 pieces or more, we will not print using the Outdoor Inkjet system. We will print with an LED UV Offset Printing Machine instead.

This type of LED UV printer is available in our factory for this type of use.
But it’s not like this is available at every printing house. This must be inquired carefully first. Because both the printing system and the ink used are different from normal offset printing. If the customer orders that it has been used outdoors, after using it for a while the color will fade.
It shows that they don’t use outdoor printers and ink.
